Fleetstreet Won't Refund Me

So, I have emailed them again. Documentation in on November 12th. Emails from them on November 25th & December 13th w/ both saying the same thing: give it a few more weeks. Today's email was a little more harsh. I told them they should be honest & admit they were ripping people off. I also implied that this behavior probably had something to do w/ Dan Goldman leaving Pstars. Regardless, the man's name is tarnished in my book...

Here's the latest email I have gotten from them concerning my money:

Hi Christopher

I am afraid that I still do not know when your check will be sent.
However, please be assured that your check will be sent.

WE understand your frustrations and are very sorry for the inconvenience
caused by the delays
