I got my refund from them like 3 weeks ago and they just let me keep playing
VERY IMPORTANT WORD ONZOS CASH OUTS
I got the same so mystery solved but we knew that
I deposited a check dec 2nd for 210 bucks and thought it was legit. Today I go to the bank to deposit a $740 check and realize my total balance is off by 217 bucks. I check my account transaction history to find out that 3 days after my deposit for 210 I get a $7 merchant fee and a withdrawal of the $210 because that zosoz check was no good. Now, I wonder what will happen to the $740 check I deposited today. I'm gonna call zosoz and give them hell, but I go to the site's homepage and find out they are closing down dec 14th. I'm worried about my 950 bucks plus another 200+ I have yet to withdrawal from zosoz. This isn't play money we're talking about here. I know people have won significantly more on zosoz, but this 1200 bucks is nothing to sneeze at. I hope zosoz will refund my $210 check plus 7 bucks and the $740 check clears and I can make a final withdrawal on the 14th.
Good luck Joe, I don't think they are gonna pay any bank fees for their checks bouncing. Actually look up your state laws, you might be able to sue for 3 x's the amount of the check. Go to your AG (Atty Gen) at your states website. I know in AZ you can get 3x's plus. I really feel for you all, I have never heard of the site, because I was yet off and travling again!
yep looked that up too wpt maybe il send them an email and our site link with it in there mmmm
OK all this post was found by a duel friend of ours which with some research was easily found and i choose to disclose it for our BTF members just as a precaution.Il let him disclose if he wants to mosr on it.This is not to stir things up and is only put here so you can make your own judgement and also to give BTF members a heads up.I hate Drama but I feel it is important..
One of our members contacted me because of a check in excess of $XXXX issued from Zosoz was returned NSF. I said that I would see if I could come up with some backdoor contact information that might make it easier for this member to get some answers. What I found causes me grave concern. Follow along with me.
I found in a Zosoz Press Release that a man from Minnesota by the name of Tim Belisle was the co-founder of Zosoz. Then I did some research on that name in Minnesota and found a man by that name in Minnesota had once owned a computer business in Minnesota with 12 employees and sales of 1.2 million dollars. The name of that company is Mobiliam. There is a D& B report for this year on the company so I assumed it still was in operation, and the server addresses were www.mobiliam.com as well as www.mobilaim.net. But when I attempted to go to www.mobiliam.com, I get CANNOT FIND SERVER and mobiliam.net is nothing related to the business description given for Mobiliam out of Minnesota.
There were 2 phone numbers listed, I called both of them in the wee hours this morning and the first one I got a voice mail of a female answering with a company name I could not understand but it was nothing like Mobiliam. The second voice mail I got was that of Tim Belisle.
NEXT….
I did some research on who owns the web domain www.mobiliam.com and this is what I got.

I did the same research on Mobiliam.net and found the identity of the owner was hidden from public view.

A new name appears, that of one Micheal Ogren, as well as a new state, Wisconsin. The earlier press releases stated that Belisle was the co-founder. Could Mr. Ogren be the other half to this co-founding duo? And why was he never mentioned in the press releases?
A search of Ogren, Michael revealed this story. It cannot be determined if it is the same Mike Ogren, but there are a few connections that I will point out in a minute.
Fletcher aide under FBI probe had wide reach
By Paul McEnroe, Mary Lynn Smith and Howie Padilla
Star Tribune, Sunday, February 04, 2007
This important local story about an aide, Mark Naylon, to the Ramsey
County Sheriff Bob Fletcher being investigated by the FBI seems to be just the beginning of a deeper web of corruption touching not only the Ramsey County Sheriff’s office, but the Hennepin County Sheriff’s office, St. Paul Police Department, and even the St. Paul Mayor’s office, if not the United States Senate, since Sen. Norm Coleman’s name has also come up in connection with Naylon.
The FBI is investigating Naylon concerning allegations that he stole money, tampered with evidence and tipped off suspects and informants. Unidentified sources have told the Star Tribune that the FBI is particularly interested in his connection with the Hell’s Outcasts motorcycle gang.
This attention on Naylon has brought up questions on the qualifications of Naylon’s employment as the Ramsey County Sheriff’s office public information officer despite Naylon’s lack of formal training for the post. He has neither a college degree, nor any experience or education in law enforcement or in communications yet Fletcher lauds him for his work.
Naylon’s close association with Mike Ogren, who was convicted in 2003 of illegal gambling, is also questioned. Ogren owns the nightclub Myth in Maplewood where Naylon provides security for the club through his private security business using moonlighting Ramsey County deputies.
I also found an expired Wisconsin, Private security Lic under the same name….Note the story above mentions private security. So we have the Private security connection and the Wisconsin connection as the listed address with the owner of the domain name Zosoz.
Name: OGREN, MICHAEL Credential Type: Private Security Person (108) Credential Number: 30918-108 Location: Superior, WI License Type: regular Status credential license is not current (expired) Eligible To Practice: Not Eligible to Practice First Fee Received: NO
Do others see the concerning pattern? Of course this information is akin to closing the barn door after the horse has already escaped.

Wow alot of Zoz players here! This is angelfire from there. Yea i didn't even bother cashing out on the site, since just about everyone i know had at least one check bounce. There was some kid last night saying on here that a detective is investigating it from WI. I grabbed the email and his name from the chat and told PokerOD bout it. If ANY of you guys have issues with bouncing checks, this guy wants to know about it.

Well their check to me bounced. I hope they include that money in the cashier's check they are sending. sigh.
Ok, so I just received a Cashier's check from Zosoz for the amount that bounced. I called the Prosperan bank and spoke with Megan and she said that the check is good! Let's hope everyone gets all the money they are owed. I am glad they have went good on their word at least to give us what they owe us in winnings. I was very sketchy about the check, and even though mine was good I would still suggest everyone call and verify it.
I deposited my cashier's check Friday and had the teller verify that it was good. I'm pleased that we lit a fire under zosoz' ass and got this done quickly!
