FSG has NOT paid it's winners yet

I am not letting this one go members. I know alot of you have asked me to help so that is what I am doing.Alot of you are owed money from Fleet Street Games and we need to step up now and fight for this. I was told on 12/08/2008 by Dan Goldman that within two weeks you all should get your money. I had thought it must be so because on that same date I was also told there may be a chance Dan would open it up again and he would need to make it right to his already existing memebrs right? Still after giving it more time then I was told it has'nt happened. If anyone has received their checks please inform me ASAP.Enclosed in this post is the letter I wrote to Dan today. Please memebrs who have emails stating their wins and screenshots keep them safe and inform me..I would also like this information to be passed along to the other forums so we can all make this stand together..........

I regret being put on the spot to make my final plea to you, I had high hopes you would contact me but as I havent heard anything back from you we need to press on. You have winners due money, yet not one of them on BTF and DCR have received any payment or even an email that states they will be paid. Let me say they have not forgotten and so I am writing on their behalf..Here is not only the date which is well past due but you saying to me that within1-2 weeks they should be paid. I am embarrassed because I placed faith in your word

Also we had so many join on our BTF affilliate link as you know, this is not to mention the many referals I gave you but always i was compassionate with you.

Now business is business and my feelings of compassion go to my "members only." I will fight for them to get their money. I have emails from you stating how many referals and also know for a fact there were many that clicked on that link I have no choice but to write this off but members have taken screenshots and also have emails of the amounts FSG owes them sent by FSG itself, I will press forward with them to get their money from FSG.

We will make sure on BTF and my fellow forums that stemmed from BTF that it is well publicized about what you told me and FSG not making payments to it's winners.

To what e-mail address would you like me and others to forward their responses from FSG to collect information on the cashout process for those who were not paid yet? I can forward my short conversation to that address so that you can collect evidence on our behalf. You could also send me a private e-mail for this if you don't want to post it here. Thanks.

Angel,

It's so coincidental that you emailed them. I got a reply from my email that I sent a few days ago. It says they cannot find any record of the ticket ID concerning my cashout. Simply amazing don't ya think? Dan Goldman is a fucking thief in my eyes. I'm truly interested in helping let the poker community at large know what he did. Let me know how I can help you w/ this matter.

Hi Dennis,

Your cashout has not been processed yet, you should recieve an email
once the check has been sent to you which should not be too much longer now.

We finished reconciling all of our player¹s accounts on December 17th. We
have consolidated all winnings owed and will be mailing a cashier's check to
each winner.

Your cashier¹s check for $495 is currently in the fulfillment docket.

Over 450 cashier¹s checks will be processed and drafted by hand at the bank,
delivered back to ZOSOZ, and mailed within the next 6 weeks. The cashier¹s
checks are not being fulfilled in any specific order, but all winners who
received checks from the closed account (which includes you) are at the top
of the bank¹s priority list. Your $495 cashier¹s check will be sent to you
via first class mail when we receive it from the bank. Unfortunately, we
cannot tell you at what time over the next 6 weeks this will happen.

I have heard back from Dan. There are a few things i was told but il keep it private as he asked me to. I do beleave you will be getting your money.Lets keep our fingers crossed/I was told you all should be getting an email very very soon.

I am afraid that I still do not have any further information as to when
