The only thing I can think of is that maybe he did not look in the correct place to find these games which all ran and all the winners recieved their entries. Maybe you can let him know that Gloss Poker will be running further freerolls for the Golden Ladder in the coming weeks and that he should check the tournament tabs when they are running.
I do not understand why he says your site sucks, I think Beyond The Felt is Great.

AS for you Lavaman, all I can say is that this FREE site is not perfect, but of all the 42 million (stat made up) sites on the net, this is the only one that I still come back to night after night, after over a year. I have NEVER been ignored if I asked for help, although sometimes I need to be a little patient because some people are multi-tasking and playing in games. If you couldn't get help and couldn't find the freerolls then you really have to be a frigging caveman. I know it shouldn't surprise me so much but I'm still astonished at how rude people can be.
