The object is to choose the driver who will have a higher finish in each driver matchup and gain the most points for each pick. First you select the driver you think will prevail for each matchup, and then place the matchup somewhere on the “confidence” scale to assign points. So, if you think a particular matchup is a “no-brainer”, rate it at 10 on the confidence scale to get the most points. Not so sure? Place it near the bottom and play it safe. Here are the specifics:
To choose a driver, select the check box next to the driver you think will have the higher finish. Next, you apply a “confidence” rating by dragging and dropping the matchup to assign points, 1-10, onto the race matchup. NOTE: you can only use each of the 10 confidence ratings once. After you have made all picks and assigned confidence, don’t forget to click on Save Picks to make sure your information gets submitted.
Scoring
Each entrant will be awarded points for each correct pick received for a matchup listed for each Sprint Cup race. Each entrant will assign his/her confidence factor (numeric number, e.g., 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 or10) based on his/her confidence of the driver’s ability to win the matchup (have a higher finish).
