 Tear jerked first thing in the morning (Humble tears) ...You know theres a sweet thing here on BTF and it is we have all watched each other thru struggles, thru happy times, I said it all before we have spent holidays, birthdays, births of new babies or grandbabies. We have always had someone here when we needed someone. OMG we have learned so many things even if it is a stupid joke or better yet a new poker lesson from each other.

I am not a relegious person but I do beleave in Angels and something that keeps love in the world.(God) All I need right now is prayers for this last attempt on this court date and the words you all are giving me in this thread  give me so much strength and make me feel so cared about. It feels like I am not alone and to me that is everything.

Hi my friends:

You know life throws some curves balls at times, some we really don't see that we can get through but we edge on and find in the end we got through it. Sometimes the curve balls seem to come your way one after the other and these are the toughest ones to deal with, it feels as though you can barely catch your breath before another slaps you right upside your head. You may find yourself maxed out but the damn things keep coming. "Roll with the punches" is a good saying during these times dont you think?

This is so hard to actually say to you, what I mean is there are many who may enjoy the knowledge of rough times for me and Gary as well but there are many more who deserve to know what it is going on with us, you are true and dear friends so really screw the rest.

As most of you know Gary and I have struggled getting me a Visa for the UK for a very long time.Ultimately we need a Visa so I can be here and a green card so he can be there freely able to travel back and forth "together" without having to be apart in different countries for months on end till we are allowed to travel again for 3-6 months and be together again. We are husband and wife so why is it so hard?  
Well simply put it is piriod!! We have yet to see either a Visa or green card with all our efforts. One of the major problems is Gary's back is broken so to speak. Two prolaps disk is no joke I can tell you now as I have seen it first hand sense 2005 with him and some of the agony he goes through. He is unable to work as he has always done sinse age 17 ( a very good carpenter) was his life job.  

We fell deeply in love in 2005 and all we aimed for is to be together yet our countries think because we are poor and have nothing that we are not eligible to do so.Our fight against this system has been endless and caused many tears from all the no no no no we get with each expensive application we have put in.This has tapped our funds to zero now.

I also have health issues that leave me quite frankly bed ridden at times. Some of you know about this. Yet we still and never will feel sorry for ourselves we just keep fighting to get our lives in order and rather spend our energy to do that then feel sorry for our mishaps.

Now we come to our HOPE when we found the ELG poker network that lets a person build a poker site and have a chance to build a buiness with it with lots of work and effort we poured our hearts and souls into making this work. Thankyou so much for many of you supported us with Gloss and stayed loyal till there was no way to continue on. It seemed right when Gloss was breaking even the problems all started and we watched as the ELG team pulled one problem after another on the site. 
These were serious problems such as no certificate in order, errors with CC cards not only from the states but all other countries , then there were cashout problems as well and as most of you know the issues were never ending. This went on for months and red flags and questions a rose over and over by you and with just cause and concern on your part.  

We understood those of you who stayed loyal playing endlessly on there pulling out in the end. We never put Gloss before you and you know who you are. We truely understood but it still cut deep as we watched all our hard work crumble on no fault of our own.  

The ELG team did the final straw with this merge thing and the last of you pulled out at that time. Now ELG wanted their money. Fair enough it was due but to be fair why would they charge full price when it was their own errors that caused so many to back out of that Gloss skin because all the errors on the ELG part?? 
 They at one point admitted this and said they would get back to Gary but never did and now are simply put"being real jerks." To me it was all a scam against Gary and he was told once he closes it down that they dibby out all his players to another skin. I know exactly what skin will likely get the players. This skin belongs to someone that works on the ELG team but they refuse to admit this in fact I was called a liar but I have proof in their words NOT mine that it is one of their own skins.

Simply put Gloss never had a chance and I truely beleave that even if we had paid the full amount they asked for for a non working site that it never ever would have gotten anybetter nor was it being fair at all by ELG to ask this. They know 100% it all stemmed from them and their site not working properly.

Most of you know me and know I am one to step up when it comes to people and doing whats right which is exactly what I did. I made a few post one on

I did this so people with high hopes in the future can atleast have a heads up and not get let down and scammed like we did.In no way was the post listed above posted with malice or anger I am simply "looking out for others" as with all our research there was nothing to give us a fair warning, it needed to be done.

Bottom line is I have to fly back to the states and once again be without my husband. I have nowhere to go or funds to support myself...However we are on one last ditch effort in yet another court trial so that I can stay.Please keep us in your prayers..

We have lost our internet and phone so I can not be on as much. We are using someone elses internet that doesnt seem to work. 

Bottom line is this is a very low point for both of us in our lives and has worn us down more then words can say. ELG if they had been fair and not against from the start was our last hope to have a buiness thus not be on on the "NO" list where immagrations is concerned,, thats how important it was for us to make this work. 

I say to them that they should really look deeper into what harm and hopes they may be crushing for their own benifit. To climb the golden ladder is fine but to use others to get there is just not right and it always goes alot deeper then just what they can see. We worked so very (For them it turns out) so instead of slapping us and blaming us just take what you got from it and dont turn and point fingers where you shouldnt.It is not right to slap someone any harder then you already did ELG when you know beyond a doubt it was errors on your part that caused the problems.

As for me I will continue to roll with the punches GOD NEVER GIVES US MORE THEN WE CAN TAKE and I have that faith and some wonderful friends to help me through this. I am blessed.This too shall pass.
